A leading Capital Markets Consultancy are on the lookout for a Senior Collateral Business Analyst to help their clients define and deliver their tailored solutions across critical transformation objectives. This would be on a 6-month contract basis workingoutside IR35, working on both regulatory and technology transformations.Responsibilities for the Senior Collateral Business Analyst: Regulatory gap analysisDetailed current state analysis - Agreement terms, IT applications data infrastructure, business processesTarget Operating Model Definition- IT-Data-People-Process-GovernanceBusiness requirement definitionRequirements for the Senior Collateral Business Analyst: Strong end to end processes of multiple collateral products i.e., OTC bilateral, OTC cleared and Listed DerivativesExperience with the phases of UMR (Uncleared Margin Rules)Experience of the collateral impact regulations I.E. CSDR, SFTR, MIFID, Clearing etcExperience working with key collateral vendors, including AcadiaSoft, TriResolve and Major CustodiansThe rate for the initial 6 month outside IR35 is between £600-£700/day for the right candidate.
