Job Description

Our client, a global Investment Management house is looking to hire aSenior Client ServicesExecutivecandidate to join their growing Client Services team in London.TheSenior Client Services Executivecandidate responsibilities will be:– Work closely with both the Sales team and clients, answering all queries whilst providing responses to information related communications.– Overseeing service and reporting necessities, including maintenance of client account documentation.– Produce high-quality, complex requests for proposals (RFP’s), requests for information (RFI’s) and due diligence questionnaires (DDQ’s) based on a thorough understanding of a client’s requirements.– Involvement in ad-hoc projects with both internal and external stakeholders.– To develop a good understanding in ESG content.– Communicate with and aid various internal departments including Compliance, Operations, Product and the Risk team.TheSenior Client Services Executivewill have the following credentials:– Minimum 3 years’ experience in Client Services within the asset management sector.– Strong academics, knowledge of institutional markets and keen interest in investment strategies.– Strong analytical and risk awareness skills alongside ability to organise and prioritise simultaneous tasks.– Self-motivated individual with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.– Strong written and oral communication skills.– Collaborative, team player with excellent attention to detail.If you believe your experience meets the criteria of aSenior Client Services Executivecandidate please apply with a copy of your CV.Note, this is a highly competitive position.
