Job Description

The Senior Client Service Executive role will be providing administration support to the clients financial advisers and be speaking about pension products to them over the phone and in e-mail.Client DetailsThe financial services client is a modern dynamic financial planning business offering a telephone-based service to retail clients across the UK. Theirt financial planning service covers pensions, wealth management, ISAs and Investment Bonds and we areproud of our reputation as a client-centric business that continuously strives to provide a best of breed service.DescriptionThe key duties the Senior Client Service Executive will carry out are:

  • Creating client opportunities for annual reviews on our CRM system
  • Generating investment review reports on provider platforms and sending to clients
  • Inputting investment details into our CRM system, generating and checking the annual review report figures and sending to clients.
  • Assisting and supporting junior members of the team with technical complexities
  • Managing clients over the phone to book appointments with financial advisers and dealing with non-advice queries and issues
  • Preparing investment transfer paperwork, liaising with clients to obtain signatures, and submitting to the relevant providers, ensuring subsequent contributions or withdrawals are set up and actioned.
  • General Provider Enquires - (Finding out crystallised status, alternative fund choices and client tax codes)
  • Obtaining policy information from providers, inputting details into our CRM system and collating detailed policy analysis notes for the advisers.
  • Actioning on-platform fund switches
  • Creating client summary documents to be sent to clients outlining their circumstances and investment holdings
ProfileKey requirements for the Senior Client Service Executive are:
  • Minimum two years of pensions experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), including customer service
  • Experience with CRM systems and strong technology skills
