Job Description

The reporting team are responsible for ensuring the timely creation, production and delivery of reporting to meet both Client and Fund Reporting obligations.The role:

  • Complete day to day reporting activities - Creation, Validation & Distribution of Institutional Segregated Client Reports, Fund Fact Sheets, ESG Reports, Performance schedules, Solvency II and Cost & Charges
  • Coordination with various internal and external teams to ensure all data is collated, checked and presented per internal SLAs in order to meet client reporting deadlines
  • Build up an extensive knowledge of various regulations eg SFDR, MIFID 2, PRIIPS to support Reporting obligations for both Clients and Products.
  • Ensure Client onboarding/offboarding is in line with reporting requirements.
  • Timely escalation to management of any material issues or risk to deliverables during the reporting cycles especially around busy reporting cycles.
  • Ensure existing processes have the correct controls and that they are executed correctly
  • Assisting in the implementation of Regulation Change and other Projects as and when needed.
  • Ensure effective management information/ Key Performance Indicators/Key Risk Indicators are maintained, tracked and reported; capturing trends/issues and proposes improvements to address.
Your Profile:
  • Experience within Financial services, asset management or Banking related business in a Client Reporting, Performance Analysis, Fund Accounting or Regulatory reporting capacity.
  • Understanding of Client Reporting, Performance Analysis, Fund regulations, ESG, Costs & Charges and Solvency II.
  • Experienced in managing large data sets and a technical background is a distinct advantage along with strong Excel, PowePoint and Word skills.
  • Knowledge of SimCorp CORIC, Aladdin, FactSet, Eagle, Pace, MSCI, Morningstar, Sustainalytics.
  • Strong understanding of asset classes Equity, Fixed income, Derivatives, ETFs, Real Estate.
