Job Description

The Change & Communications lead for this project will be a key role to enable the successful delivery and adoption of a global business transformation programme. The project is focused on improving the effectiveness of the firms corporate functions,driving global consistency, realise operating efficiencys & instil a continuous improvement mindset. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management & communications, preferably involving changes to operating models, within a global business. Key Responsibilities of the Change & Communications Lead:

  • Build, lead & motivate the Change & Communications work stream as part of the program
  • Create and implement the change & communications plans for the project, in line with objectives & time lines
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments
  • Develop and execute a stakeholder engagement strategy, to raise awareness and drive commitment to the programme
  • Provide change management & communications guidance and support to leaders within the businesses
  • Create and deliver engaging and impactful communications
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure consistency of key messages across the firm
  • Monitor and measure the impacts and effectiveness of change and communications activities
  • Identify any needs for training & development requirements, leading the creation of suitable materials and manage the delivery
Ideal Background/Skill Set of the Change & Communications Lead:
  • 10+ years of change management and change communications experience ideally within business transformation (operating models)
  • Experience of leading change & communications teams in complex, global organisations
  • Knowledge and experience working in a professional services partnership environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to clearly communicate project goals and objectives
  • Understanding of the impact of different cultural/local issues whilst focusing on the global nature of projects
