Job Description Senior Change Analyst - Global Technology Brand - managing change communications and implementation of Salesforce initiatives. Senior Change Analyst Exciting opportunity to join a global technology brand, seeking a Senior Change Analyst to ensure the successful implementation of a Salesforce initiative. Seeking a detail-oriented professional with expertise in training coordination and change management,with prior experience in Salesforce implementations highly desirable. Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating and schedule training sessions and workshops.
  • Managing and ensuring all resources are readily available for trainers and participants.
  • Assisting in the development of training reports and metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programmes.
  • Developing communication materials related to Salesforce releases.
  • Monitoring and gather feedback on communication effectiveness, to improve clarity and impact.
  • Support the Change Manager in maintaining a comprehensive communication plan and calendar to keep stakeholders informed throughout the implementation process.
  • Maintaining a schedule of ongoing leadership engagement sessions to provide continuous support and alignment throughout the implementation process.
  • Assist in developing action plans based on leadership input to drive successful change adoption.
Experience and Attributes:
  • Proven experience in training logistics co-ordination and change management.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A proactive and problem-solving attitude
  • Salesforce implementation expertise is highly desirable.
