Would you like to be part of team responsible for making a real difference to lives of vulnerable adultsWorking as a Senior Caseworker you will be part of a supportive and friendly team working with other social/health care professionals to improve thewellbeing of older adults and younger adults or people with learning disabilities or mental health challenges. You will need to demonstrate a sound understanding of how to apply a strengths-based approach to practice, whilst being person centred and able topromote safe and effective social care services in accordance with the Care Act 2014. Under the supervision of a qualified social worker, you will assess service users in a variety of settings, including virtual platforms. Ideally, we are looking for peoplewho have experience of working in a care support role with older adults and younger adults, who can demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with their colleagues, other professionals and the peoplewho use our services.
