Job Description

We have partnered with a leading London Market business to find them a Senior Capital Manager (Tyche). The role is broad, requiring significant strategic input to senior management as well as team management. It includes but is not limited to:

  • Regularly supporting large business decisions at a group level.
  • Reporting into the Group Head of Capital and managing a team of 4/5 people including qualified actuaries.
  • Modelling Inwards and Outwards Reinsurance.
  • Building key international relationships across Europe and the US as well as the UK.
  • Working closely with CFOs/CROs and other senior members of the team.
  • Close interaction with Finance/Reserving/Pricing/Reinsurance Purchasing and Risk Actuaries.
