Job Description

Senior Business Manager (Senior Manager / Associate Director) Our global Credit platform offers focused expertise and solutions across liquidity, risk and return spectrums. We are organised around three primary pillars: Private Credit, Fixed Income and Leveraged Credit. At Macquarie, we are working to create lasting value for our communities, our clients and our people. What role will you playYou will be a key partner in assisting Credit leadership around executing its mandate and running its platform. You will have a core focus on making time, information, and decision processes more effective while promoting a strong culture across the Creditorganization. You will partner with the Head of Credit and the Credit leadership team. What you offer

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability and personal credibility to influence across the business and act as a business enabler.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with diverse and global stakeholder groups.
  • Well-developed analytical skills, including high proficiency in Excel.
  • A delivery-focused style with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to simplify complexity and apply strategic thinking and problem analysis in their approach to work.
