At M&G our purpose is to help people manage and grow their savings and investments, responsibly. As a business, we are continuing to take steps towards a sustainable future, delivering better long-term solutions for our customers and clientsand identifying new opportunities to make a positive impact for our environment and communities . To help us achieve our vision were looking for exceptional people who live our values of care and integrity and who can inspire others; embrace change; deliverresults and keep it simple. We will consider flexible working arrangements for any of our roles and also offer work place accommodations to ensure you have what you need to effectively deliver in your role. The Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) is a regulatory framework published by the European Commission that will come into law on 17th January 2025. A project has been established and initiated within M&G to identify gaps and remediate these to ensurecomplete adherence to DORA regulations. Given DORA is an EU regulation, it will legally impact EU entities within M&G (i.e. Luxembourg, Poland (PIA) and Dublin (PIA)) and will therefore be implemented for these areas as priority, however DORA will also beapplied to the UK as best practice. Gap Analysis is underway by the Group and given the volume of requirements, a Business Analyst resource is required to work with the Group owners to gather documentation and review these to ensure these fulfil the requirement. A series of draft RequirementTechnical Standards (RTSs) have been published and a further set of requirements will be released across 2023/2024 which will also need to be reviewed and responded to by the Group. The RoleThe Senior Business Analyst will support the Group in completing Gap Analysis for the already published requirements and Requirement Technical Standards (RTSs) to be released; ensuring appropriate documentation and evidence is in place that will meet the DORArequirement- a DORA specialist resource will be sourced to provide validation that the requirement is met from a regulatory stand point. Note: the below responsibilities is not a complete list and there maybe further remediation activities identified throughout the project.
