Job Description

Type - Contract INSIDE IR35Duration - Initial 6 monthsRemote workingDesirable experience - ServiceNowWe are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to come in and implement servicenow for an end clientKey Responsibilities

  • Having delivered in a consultancy or professional services capacity.
  • Senior (CEO 3 - 4) Stakeholder relationship management.
  • Know how to direct the strategic approach for stakeholder relationships, establishing and promoting the meeting of stakeholder objectives.
  • Workshop management.
  • Business ITIL service management and service desk process engineering.
  • Development of service management and service desk process training materials and the delivery of training to service management and service desk operational staff.
  • Having experience in delivery of business improvement using LEAN six Sigma is highly desirable.
  • Develop business level requirements using methods such as EPICS, Use Cases, User Stories, Wireframes, Requirements Traceability Matrices, Functional and Non-functional Requirements.
  • Facilitate the setting of business priorities for change initiatives of high complexity.
  • Managing business analysis artefacts in support of a cross-functional team in a DevOps tool, such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.
  • Partner in the production, review and maintenance of target operating models, Project Initiation Documents, Benefits Cases, Business Change Plans, Project Plans, RAID logs, Design artefacts.
  • Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery approaches.
  • Testing. Can define test condition requirements.
  • Problem management.
Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years delivering with the remit of a Senior Business Analyst.
  • Qualifications/certification in ITIL and BCS Diploma desirable.
