Senior Business Analyst - Insurance - Change Delivery - System Development - Waterfall - Agile - DevOps - Financial ServicesAn established global insurance client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with experience in providing Business Analysis for Change Projects and initiatives whilst building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the business.The projects you will be working on include replacement of the reinsurance system, bordereaux systems and tools, blueprint 2 Lloyds developments and document management system.They operate a mature approach to working which only requires you to attend their London office twice a week.What you will have:- Experience working within the Insurance / London Market sector - Experience within the insurance industry including projects, services and differing business models- Certification or experience using change delivery methods such as PRINCE2, APMP, BABOK, Agile and SDLC.- Understanding of DevOps- Experienced in managing change with offshore developers.- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.- Influencing and negotiation skills- Advantageous if undertaking or have completed BCS Business Analysis qualifications.What do you get in returnYou will have the opportunity to work in an friendly team of 11 within an organisation that invests in their staff by providing training and has many progression prospects.
