We make learning a language easy by combining AI-powered courses with instant feedback from our global community of native speakers and live tutoring from qualified teachers across the world.If you want to work with smart, creative, energetic people and possess the initiative, confidence and good judgement to make independent decisions every day - then you’d be a great addition to our growing team.The role We’re looking for an experienced brand aficionado to join our growing team, helping to deliver against ambitious growth targets globally. Responsible for helping to make Busuu a globally recognised and trusted brand, you will lead the charge in terms of campaign and brand media planning. You’ll be in great company, working alongside a talented team of brand, pr, growth, creative and social media specialists. This is a new role, so you’ll have a chance to shape our approach to brand planning as well as to be part of an exciting growth journey.You will:

  • Deliver increased brand awareness, consideration and trust amongst key audience groups through informed and creative campaigns
  • Own the campaign planning schedule (ATL, TTL and BTL), ensuring visibility and engagement will all relevant teams (both internal and agency)
  • Working with our research team. develop rich customer insights, such as attitudes and barriers towards language learning, to inform ongoing creative and message testing
  • Consider cultural nuances across key markets, ensuring we position our brand in the most appropriate way to grow consideration
  • Ensure we have the right tools in place to monitor brand performance across markets and inform ongoing improvements and creative thinking. For example, brand tracking, econometrics and sentiment analysis
  • Working closely with the creative studio, ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience across marketing and product touchpoints
    • The candidate
  • 7+ years experience as brand or campaigns manager looking for an opportunity to scale a global, mobile-first business
  • Experience working for a global brand is essential, ideally within a scale-up and/or subscription based business
  • Experience scaling and managing a multi-million pound budget across markets
  • A great communicator who loves meeting and working with a diverse range of people
  • You will be a brand strategist, with the ability to connect creativity with business results in a tangible way
  • You will be naturally curious, with the ability to ask the right questions in order to optimise performance
  • An inspiring storyteller with the ability to brings others on a scale-up journey
