Senior Backend DeveloperI am partnered with a leading fintech that specialises in Bitcoin, cryptocurrency and digital payments. They are creating a best-in class app to buy and store Bitcoin in addition to other cryptocurrencies and due to ongoing success and significant investment are looking to grow their engineering team and hire a Senior Backend Developer. This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial Senior Backend Developer to join a fast-scaling fintech during the Bitcoin and Blockchain boom.Key Skills- Strong Nodejs and Typescript development experience- Experience in either Golang, Rust, Ocaml, F# or Elixir- Deep knowledge of REST APIs- Proven experience in leadership or technical leadership- Microservices- AWS cloud experience- Experience in Bitcoin, Blockchain, Crypto or Open Banking would be great!Key Duties- Working directly with the CTO and Head of Engineering you will be responsible for:- Designing and architecting technology solutions suitable for scale- Contributing well-structured and well tested code- Mentoring and supporting more junior engineers- Contributing to our technology and product roadmap
