Our RoleWe are looking for an astute, determined professional to fulfill a critical position within our Asset Management Team, with Living sector experience (including PBSA). Your new role will be within PGIM Real Estates UK Equity business with responsibilities covering all the residential strategies and assets as well as providing support and assistance to our European business, as and when required. You will report to the Headof UK Asset Management The Asset Management teamwork alongside the portfolio management and transactions teams to develop business plans for the multiple residential strategies at PGIM Real Estate. The Asset Management team is responsible for the implementationof those plans to protect, enhance and maximize value Your main roles will be: -1) Work within portfolio teams to ensure that the asset performance is maximised, all the landlords obligations are complied with and each clients requirements are met. 2) There is an opportunity to leverage your specialist knowledge and experience by managing a great variety of residential products in our different funds. Your Impact and ResponsibilitiesYour new role assumes responsibility for setting the property strategy for each building and you will be responsible for the co-ordination of all external property managers, consultants, agents, contractors, and the Funds retained lawyers. This will includethe following:

• Being directly responsible and accountable for the successful management and performance of
• each asset in their portfolio.
• Setting and agreeing the business plan for each asset with the portfolio manager.
• Constantly reviewing the business plan and strategy in conjunction with the portfolio manager.
• Implementing all asset management initiatives.
• Management and co-ordination of all activities and third party consultants working on each asset.
• Consideration and implementation of impact driven ESG initiatives.
• Contributing to our regular buy hold sell analysis and debate on each asset.
• Providing all information and reports as required.
• In relevant cases, working with the appointed third party Project Manager to successfully deliver new build units.

Your Required Skills

• Degree qualified, in the relevant field.
• RICS qualified.
• A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
