Job Description

Senior Android Developer - Remote working - up to 65kAre you an expeirenced Android Developer who is experienced in Native development with Kotlin Would you be willing to upskill in Flutter over timeThis could be a great fit for you...There is no better time to join thiscompany who are ongoing international expansion with recent multi-million poundinvestment.The Role and ResponsibilitiesDevelop new and innovative features for Android platforms to drive the companys products into new and exciting markets.

  • Work with the Lead Android engineer, Android team, product managers and product owners to deliver on development requirements of sprints.
  • Task estimating, planning, and executing Android development activities.
  • Work closely with QA and the Android team to ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved.
  • Commitment to personal and professional development, keeping in touch with the latest Android technology stacks.
  • Understand the business objectives, as well as the ways the customers are using the App, to refine the Android product offering.

  • Kotlin (Essential)
  • Java (Essential)
  • Jetpack Compose (Essential)
  • Scalable app architecture MVVM, Clean SOLID Principles (Essential)
  • Asynchronous Programming using Coroutines (Essential)
  • Experience integrating REST APIs
  • Unit Testing, Integration Testing
  • Git
  • CI/CD Bitrise
  • Agile Kanban/ Scrum
  • Material Design Guidelines
