Senior Analyst, Finance Transformation

Responsibilities

Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core finance applications
Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements
Develop, analyse, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow
Translate technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements
Manage the set-up and configuration of systems
Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process
Perform design, implementation, and upgrades of finance systems to meet the business and user needs
Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance

Key Skills & Experience

Post qualified (ACCA, or CA) individual with a strong academic record
Strong understanding of accounting principles and familiarity with entity reporting frameworks (e.g. IFRS)
Experience in delivering projects and functionality utilising the suite of Workday Financials products including:
Core Financials Procurement Supplier Accounts Customer Accounts Business Assets & Projects Adaptive Planning
Strong Microsoft Power BI and Excel skills
Some supervisory experience and can demonstrate the ability to support and enable a team through change
Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
