Job Description

SENIOR ANALYSTUP TO £70,000 + BENEFITSLONDONTHE COMPANYAs a Senior Analyst, you will be working for a growing gaming business who are looking to understand and improve the use of data, whilst boosting overall customer safety. This company have recently gone through a high-growth period which is to continue forthe foreseeable!THE ROLEAs a Senior Analyst, you will be working to build relationships with stakeholders (both internal and external), building delivery-focused data solutions. The aim of this team is to improve safer-gambling methods across a range of brand names within the company,More specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Analysing data using SQL to highlight key business opportunities for clients
  • Regularly discussing your insights with stakeholders at all levels
  • Challenging the teams analysis to get the best understanding and value from the individual channels
  • Working with your colleagues to monitor business performance and identify opportunities
  • Ab testing, forecasting & regression analysis when necessary
  • Understanding data challenges across customer journeys, segmentations and customer views
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEThe successful Senior Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
  • Educated to a degree level in a STEM subject
  • Strong analytical experience in a commercial environment, having worked with large datasets
  • Proficiency in SQL, ideally r/python
  • Experience visualising data using Tableau (or similar)
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding analytics with a "customer first" field
  • Significant ability to communicate insight to a non-technical background, including stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven experience working towards commercial objectives
THE BENEFITSThe successful Senior Analyst will receive a salary of up to £70,000 with an extensive benefits package including a 27.5% bonus.
