Job Description

Senior Account ManagerSenior Account Manager - Social Agency - London (Hybrid) - £45,000-£50,000THE COMPANYOur client is a social agency working to push creative and paid campaigns across multiple high profile global clients.Benefits include:

As Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Cultivating client relationships through email, phone, and in-person/video communications with a positive and proactive approach.
  • Leading meetings with key stakeholders using various communication channels.
  • Planning content strategically by understanding platforms, audience behaviour, and frequency.
  • Collaborating with the Design Team on content volume, tone, and style when necessary.
  • Ensuring the team delivers innovative, exciting, and on-brand content within strict deadlines.
  • Holding clients accountable for timelines and feedback, working closely with the Account Director for timely and consistent project delivery.
  • Managing social output for allocated clients, securing content approval across multiple territories.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance services, retain clients, and upsell products while addressing client issues and staying attuned to internet culture for continuous business innovation.
YOU
  • Over 3 years experience in a social media role within a creative agency, engaging with diverse brands.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of paid platforms such as Facebook Business Manager.
  • Showcase proficient copywriting skills.
  • Capable of articulating messages to clients in a friendly, intelligent, and straightforward manner, with a preference for direct communication.
  • Exhibit resilience in responding to client demands, with a readiness to seek clarification when instructions are unclear. Proactively address client issues through various communication channels.
