Job Description

My client are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Account Manager to join their dynamic marketing agency team. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring the successful executionof marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and a solid understanding of paid social and programmatic advertising.Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Understand clients business objectives, industry trends, and competitors to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Campaign Strategy and Execution:
  • Collaborate with the client and the agencys internal teams to develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the implementation of paid social and programmatic campaigns, ensuring they align with client goals and budgets.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyzing key metrics and KPIs.
  • Implement data-driven optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Reporting and Communication:
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to clients, summarizing results and insights.
  • Keep clients informed about the status of projects, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Budget Management:
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively and allocate resources to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as creative, content, and analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to support the continuous improvement of campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant account management experience in a marketing agency or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid social and programmatic advertising, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • 2 or more years experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools and platforms.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a dedication to achieving client objectives.
