Job Description

Role: Senior 2nd Line Engineer Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE) Location: City of LondonI am currently working with a high-profile company who are looking for an outgoing, personable, and technically strong IT engineer.This is a fantastic opportunity that offers you hybrid working, huge scope for progression and the chance to work with leading technology and develop your IT skills significantly.The Role:

  • In this role, you will provide all on-site IT Support & maintenance across the business and attend to any technical need on-site
  • Your day to day will include dealing with Senior 2nd / 3rd Line issues both remotely and on-site
  • You will be communicating daily to a variety of users so your ability to troubleshoot and discuss issues clearly and confidently is key
Key Requirements:
  • Windows Server 102 - 2019
  • Windows OS: 7 / 8 / 10
  • Office 365 + Exchange: Admin, Support
  • G-Suite - Administration + Support Expereince
  • Mac OS: Remote and Deskside Support
  • Strong Networking Skills (Experience with Palo Alto, Cisco Switches a Bonus)
  • You must be a confident communicator, personable and have an ambitious nature
