Youll lead, inspire, and manage teams of dedicated staff, ensuring they are equipped to empower our service users and their families. Your role will involve:� Leadership: Motivate and lead teams to achieve outstanding results, creating a positive and inclusive work culture. Service Delivery: Oversee and manage the delivery of high-quality SEND services, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of our service users.
