Youll lead, inspire, and manage teams of dedicated staff, ensuring they are equipped to empower our service users and their families. Your role will involve: Leadership: Motivate and lead teams to achieve outstanding results, creating a positive and inclusive work culture. Service Delivery: Oversee and manage the delivery of high-quality SEND services, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of our service users. Team Management: Build and nurture effective teams, providing guidance, support, and training to maximize their potential. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service effectiveness, building strong relationships with families, carers, and external partners. Performance Monitoring: Implement robust performance monitoring systems to evaluate service outcomes and drive continuous improvement.What Were Looking For: Proven leadership experience in a similar role, ideally within SEND services. Strong understanding of SEND policies and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with SEND.
