Your responsibilities will include:Providing one-on-one support to students with SEN, tailored to their individual needs and abilities. Assisting with the implementation of personalized education plans and behavior management strategies. Creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learningenvironment where all students feel valued and respected. Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to deliver effective educational and therapeutic interventions.
