Job Description

Security Consultant, NCSC, CISSP Valid SC clearance and preferably NPPV3 clearance required for this role.Inside IR35: £600 per day.As part of Triad Groups ongoing collaboration with a Police organisation, we are currently looking for an experienced Security Consultant to support the accreditation of several systems from a security perspective in-line with security policies.This role requires a flexible working approach and may on occasion require travel to sites around the UK. There may also be occasions where work is required outside of core business hours for maintenance work on critical systems.Key Tasks:Produce (or update) the following documents in support of a new (or existing) systems security accreditation:

  • Risk Management & Accreditation Document Set (RMADS), including Risk assessment and compliance assessment against requirements from ISO 27001 Information Security Standard.
  • Security Operating Procedures.
  • Business Impact assessment and Classification assessment.
  • Equality Impact Assessment.
  • Data Privacy Impact Assessment.
  • Scoping statement for an IT security health check and subsequent meeting with Test organisation.
  • Data processing Agreement.
  • Security Aspects Letter.
  • Code of Connection.
  • You will input and review of the following documents required to support security accreditation.
  • Review, Retention and Deletion Policy.
  • Event logging, Audit and Monitoring.
  • Incident reports.
  • Risk Treatment Plans produced in support of the Project.
  • Design documentation produced by the wider Project.
  • Your background will include working on/in:
  • Large scale Business Change and IT enabled Transformation Programmes
  • Complex high-profile political environment
  • Working in Central or Local Government
  • Certifications and Accreditations required:
  • NCSC Certified Professional known as CCP
  • CISSP
