Job Description

CloudStone Educationare seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a school based in Southwark. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support classroom activities, provide individualised assistance to students, and contribute tothe positive learning environment of the school.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and delivering engaging educational activities
  • Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help with their learning
  • Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to support students with diverse learning needs
  • Contribute to the overall welfare and development of students within the school community
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient and supportive approach to working with students
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A genuine passion for education and making a positive difference in the lives of young people
