Job Description

Second Line IT Support - London £22000- £25000 An IT company with Headquarters in central London is looking for a Second Line IT Support specialist with at least two years experience and a key eye for attention to detail to work within a growing team, providing remote support from the office in Londonas well as some on site visits.This Second Line IT Support candidate will have strong communication skills and will be able to work under pressure. They will provide full service IT for both small and medium- sized businesses and will have a proven track record to prove their capability.Service quality and a drive for success is what this company strives to delivers- if you think that this is what you can offer then why not apply todayKey Duties for the Second Line IT Support role will include:

  • Installing and upgrading new systems
  • Continually providing onsite support
  • Supporting ticket systems and procedures
  • Implementing resources and projects
  • Communicating with clients clearly
The Second Line IT Support Role Requirements:
  • Must speak Afrikaan fluently to communicate with offices abroad
  • Strong knowledge of setting up and installing Windows 7, 8, 10 and MAC OS
  • Basic Knowledge of Routers, Switches, Config, APs, Printers
  • Any Knowledge of Cisco ASA Firewall, Routers (NAT, PAT) & Switches (VLAN, VPN, SNMP)
The Second Line IT Support will be offered a fantastic financial package including:
