Job Description

My Client, one of the UKs largest cyber security firms operating globally is a world leader providing services to key clients such as governmental bodies and large scale global businesses is looking for an expert Scrum Master to join a high performing teamworking on multiple security projects enabling their customers digital transformations and strengthened cyber security. This Scrum Master role is a fantastic opportunity for personal growth within the cyber security industry.As a Scrum Master you will have:

  • Great communication skills
  • Exceptional leadership qualities & be able to lead by example
  • Experience applying structured methodologies, industry best practices and standards within organisations and provide strategic thought leadership and trusted advice.
  • Great attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm in all aspects of the role, promoting team empowerment with encouragement and self-management
  • Experience in conflict management where problems can be raised without fear or blame
  • Experience in technology service support, strategy initiation, change and project management
As a Scrum Master you will need:
  • Product & stakeholder management experience
  • Have a track record of implementing processes for the development of the team & project
  • Good knowledge of Agile framework: Scrum and Kanban
  • PRINCE2 Qualification
  • Experienced working within Azure Devops / Jira/Trello
  • SC Eligibility or (SC Clearance)
As a Scrum Master you will receive:
  • £65000-£85000 base salary
  • Performance based bonus (7-9%)
  • Car allowance
