This is a unique opportunity to join a thriving organisation.About the role:We are looking for an enthusiastic School Leadership Development Lead to drive the development of curricula and delivery of learning programmes for Ark staff in order to maximise the potential of staff across our network of schools and the Central Team.This will include working with internal and external stakeholders to design, scope, manage and implement an impactful learning offer, ensuring the specific needs of the network and individual academies are met.
