Job Description

A chance to support the implementation of Enterprise and Personal Development across the schools and trustClient DetailsA charitable trust with over 10 schools; focusing on pupils acquiring the qualifications and enterprising qualities which prepare them for their future.DescriptionThe successful Careers Lead will be expected to:

  • Deliver a programme of centrally organised events relating to future careers and plans
  • Establish and build links with regional career hubs, universities and a range of other external agencies to enhance future provisions for all students
  • Work with school and trust leaders to ensure that provisions in school are coherent with key Ofsted areas
  • Work with the relevant Curriculum Trust Lead in reviewing and monitoring PSHE curriculum for schools
  • Review data related the PSHE assessment process
ProfileThe successful Careers Lead will have:
  • Experience of driving careers and work
  • worked in an education setting
  • Experience of successful project management
  • Experience working with a range of external and internal stakeholders
  • Worked with senior and executive leaders within education
