Role: SAP SuccessFactors Cut-Over and Release ManagerDuration: 6-Month+ ContractLocation: London / HybridRate: £500-550 outside IR35We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Cut-Over and Release Manager to join our dynamic team on a 6-month contract basis. This role requires a solid background in working within a matrix structure, coupled with extensiveexperience in SAP SuccessFactors.Responsibilities:- Lead the cut-over and release management activities for SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, bringing together business and technical work streams to ensure smooth data migration and system integration.- Execute live cut-over activities, ensuring minimal disruption and seamless transition to the new system.- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, keeping them informed about project progress and updates.Requirements:- Proven experience as a Cut-Over and Release Manager in SAP SuccessFactors projects.- Strong understanding of matrix organizational structures and ability to navigate complex work environments.- Expertise in data migration and system integration, ensuring the successful consolidation of business and technical streams.- Exceptional project management skills, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to project milestones.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.If you are a results-oriented professional with a passion for driving successful SAP SuccessFactors implementations and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
