Job Description

Global Accounting Network are currently representing an international animation and visual effects business looking to bring on board an SAP implementation analyst for 6 months. This person will be the UK representative for the implementation reporting into the Financial Controller who is based overseas. As such this requires someone who is able to work autonomously without constant guidance.Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the clean up of historical data
  • Gather requirements from the finance team and help show the impacts of the system implementation
  • Partner with the project manager to establish a timeline for data migration
  • Assist with the implementation of SAP ByDesign
  • Assist with testing and end user training. Roughly 20 users in total.
  • Work with finance to develop the required reports in the new system
  • Ensure all requirements from the accounting function are fully captured
  • Ad hoc project requirements surround SAP ByDesign
    • Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience with a systems implementation, ideally SAP ByDesign but not essential
  • Strong finance and accounting understanding
  • Ability to deep dive into data and excel
  • Ability to work with limited direction
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills
