Are you a Salesforce Mulesoft Business Analyst / Consultant looking for your next career boostThen we have just the role for you.Our client are a consulting company who are looking to add Mulesoft talent to their UK team.This role is unable to provide sponsorship and all applicants must be eligible to work in the UK. RESPONSIBILITIES As the Salesforce Mulesoft Business Analyst / Consultant you will be responsible for working with key stakeholders to deliver E-Commerce projects. SKILLS As the Salesforce Mulesoft Business Analyst / Consultant you must have:- Demonstrable prior experience as a Business Analyst or Business Consultant- Proficient with Salesforce and Mulesoft- Ability to own and manage business and system requirements for projects and adept in process mapping, user stories, UML diagrams, interface documentation and traceability matrix and process change management- Good functional knowledge and deep understanding of E-Commerce (including D2C), Omni-channel Retailing and Order Management- Working knowledge of commerce platforms such as SAP Hybris/IBM Commerce/Magento/ is an added advantage EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS You should also have- Demonstrated experience working with multiple Clients, in complex, multi-location projects with multiple stakeholders- Experience in integration with other E-Commerce ecosystem components including PIM, OMS, CRM, CMS, BI/Web analytics, Price/Payment/Loyalty Management Systems, Customer Service Center, Search Engines- Experience in Retail & Consumer Goods domain advantageous QUALIFICATIONS Salesforce Certifications. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Master’s in Business Administration Required skills
