Job Description

Jupiter provides investment services to individual and institutional investors through mutual funds (UK unit trusts, Luxembourg SICAVs and Dublin OEICs), separately managed accounts and sub-advised funds. We offer our UK employees a 3:2 hybrid working arrangement where Tuesdays, Thursdays and a third day of your choice are worked from the office. The other two days may be worked from home. This facilitates collaboration and allows employees to maximise productivitywhilst maintaining a healthy work/life balance. BackgroundWe are looking for a Salesforce Manager to join our Distribution Strategy Team in a new, unique role for the business. The ideal candidate will have an all-rounded understanding of Salesforce and be able to manage and configure the platform, provide trainingto users, and understand Jupiters business needs. They will also be able to work closely with the Salesforce Developer to translate those needs into Salesforce requirements. Similarly, they will work closely with the Jupiter Digital team to create an integratedclient intelligence setup where all relevant client data are available in Salesforce. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, system configuration, building customised reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and providing training and support to users.
  • Collaborate, communicate and work closely with key stakeholders within the Distribution, such as Senior Management, Sales, Marketing, and Events teams.
  • Understand Jupiters business needs and work closely with the Salesforce Developer to translate those needs into Salesforce requirements.
  • Guide and optimise processes such as opportunity tracking, marketing campaigns, and lead generation.
  • Work closely with the Market and Client Intelligence Team to provide meaningful Salesforce MI, reports, and dashboards for Senior Management.
  • Articulate the benefits of using Salesforce to users and help them effectively use the platform.
  • Lead the Salesforce super-user group and work with Jupiters development team to get development priorities delivered.
  • Maintain and support Salesforce Integration such as StoneShot, BrightTALK, SIV/Financial Clarity etc.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance team and implement data integrity controls to ensure high levels of data accuracy within Salesforce. Provide best practice guidance on Salesforce-related processes.
  • Provide SME input on projects which impact Salesforce.
  • In this role, you will be the only Salesforce Manager within Jupiter and act as the centralised point of contact for Salesforce queries and will therefore have a high level of responsibility requiring you to work independently or as part of a wider JupiterSalesforce team.
Desired Skills / Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and management.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and functionality.
  • Experience with a broad range of tasks as a Salesforce administrator, such as user management, roles, profiles, and permission sets, data management tools Data Import Wizard and Data Loader, building reports and dashboards.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand Jupiters business needs.
  • Confident in liaising with all levels of Salesforce stakeholders and users including senior management.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent project management skills, able to work on tight deadlines
  • Strong understanding of digital client experience and sales analytical tools
Desired Skills :
  • Salesforce qualifications are highly desirable.
  • Exposure to Financial Services Cloud
  • Having worked with Financial clarity and web analytical tools
