SKILLS As the Salesforce Functional Support Consultant you must:- Be proficient in Salesforce configuration- Worked previously in a consulting environment- Knowledgeable of business analysis tools and techniques EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS - Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) experience.- Support experience is essential.- Experience of agile development.- Ideally worked with charities or non-profit organisations previously.
