Job Description

Role: Salesforce DeveloperDuration: 12 MonthsLocation: London/ HybridAdvantage Resourcing are currently working alongside a global client within the energy industry looking for a Salesforce Developer. A succesful candidate will be able to hit the ground running with relevant Salesforce Qualifications (Developer/ AdvancedDeveloper) as well as Being skilled in Einstein Analytics.Design and implement solutions on Force.com platform

  • Understand the requirement of a functional specification or user stories, ensure its completeness for next steps
  • Document technical solution design
  • Run a quality assessment of a counterparts code.
  • Resolve defects during test cycles and hypercare
  • Adhere to the release and Change process
Requirements
  • com development experience (triggers, apex classes, visualforce pages)
  • Excellent knowledge of Web Development (Ajax, JavaScript, SOAP, HTTP, CSS Bootstrap)
  • Excellent sforce.com declarative configuration skills
  • Data migration between SFDC environments using change sets, Eclipse or other tools
  • Experience with version control solutions
  • Salesforce developer 401 certification
  • Salesforce Advanced developer 501 certification level 1
  • Experience with SSO, FAAS (preferred)
  • Experience with ERP integration (preferred)
  • Experience with Agile development (product backlog, user stories etc) - (preferred)

  • Ability to participate in design sessions, review options and provide recommendations while communicating the benefits, risks, and constraints to both the business and IT stakeholders

Accountabilities:
  • Responsible for designing, building & deploying requirements related to Einstein Analytics & Sales Cloud
  • Responsible for aligning all deliverables based on the Business delivery standards
  • Delivery requirements on budget and on time.
Technical Skills & Experience:Skilled in Einstein Analytics (2+ years) with at least 3 E2E implementations of dashboards and hands on experience of External API Dataset integrations, dataflow and recipes.
  • Salesforce Certified Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant
  • Showcase thorough knowledge on EA and its capabilities. Work proactively with exploring new features and utilise in project.
  • Skilled in Sales cloud processes and feature implementations.
  • Experience using Agile methodologies and ways of working
  • Experience with Salesforce deployment processes and tools (Metadata API, Git, Copado) - Good to haveSoft Skills & Experience:
  • Strong creative skills and a willingness to learn and experiment
  • Ability to build strong collaborative partnerships with a range of stakeholders
