There has never been a better time to join EQ.Business Area EQ has embarked on a Client to Cash (C2C) transformation covering all capabilities for an end-to-end journey from marketing, new business development, opportunity and contract lifecycle management, order to cash, and relationship management through to renewalsmanagement. As a result of acquisitions and growth, we currently have multiple ways of working, processes and systems which we are consolidating into a single global approach and platform based on Salesforce CRM, Conga Quote to Cash and Marketo.A programme team is being established to drive through this transformation, and the role of Data Migration Lead will play a key part in this.Role Summary Reports to the C2C Product and Programme Director and works with other colleagues across the wider programme team. As Data Migration Lead / SME, we need you to plan and deliver the migration of data from our legacy CRM systems (Dynamics and Salesforce) intothe global C2C platform (Salesforce). As our subject matter expert on data migration, you will design, plan and document a repeatable migration process from existing databases into the new CRM. You will prepare and cleanse existing data, create processes andpipelines to move data to the new platform and resolve data quality issues. You will set up data mapping documentation and implement a gap analysis of any missing or historic data too. You will also remove or archive data in line with our data retention policy.Important will be the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define the scope and methodology of any data migration.Core Duties/Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Leading data migration workstream activities
• Plan, prepare and co-ordinate all aspects of the data migration workstream (data analysis, extract, mapping and transformation, and load) alongside the project implementation
• Ensure a quality plan and test strategy are in place
• Tracking data quality for each data object and ensure the data migration success using defined KPIs

• RAID management within the data migration workstream
• Liaise with stakeholders such as functional, technical, and business experts
• Ensuring delivery to agreed business objectives, requirements, schedules, costs and quality objectives.

Skills, Capabilities and Attributes The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviours:

• Experience of data migrations to Salesforce essential
• Demonstrable experience on a number of data related projects. This needs to include significant experience on data migration planning and scoping, data migration strategy formulation, data architecture design, ETL design, data quality management and informationgovernance
• Experience overseeing the design and delivery of a large-scale data consolidation and migration project
• Experience of planning, mapping, cleansing / transforming, testing and delivering a significant amount of data volume transfer

• Experienced in bulk data manipulation and import procedures within a relational database environment
• Strong SQL skills and be adept at querying large datasets using SQL as well as expertise with ETL concepts and tools such as SSIS
• Working experience of Agile project management methodology
• Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to persuade, influence, challenge supportively and effectively where appropriate.
