There has never been a better time to join EQ.Business Area EQ has embarked on a Client to Cash (C2C) transformation covering all capabilities for an end-to-end journey from marketing, new business development, opportunity and contract lifecycle management, order to cash, and relationship management through to renewalsmanagement. As a result of acquisitions and growth, we currently have multiple ways of working, processes and systems which we are consolidating into a single global approach and platform based on Salesforce CRM, Conga Quote to Cash and Marketo.A programme team is being established to drive through this transformation, and the role of Business Analyst will play a key part in this.Role Summary Reports to the C2C Business Architect and works with other colleagues across the wider programme team and business to apply agile methodologies to define requirements, features, user stories and use cases to determine platform functionality and processesfor to be capabilities, provide documentation and support to training development and change management.Core Duties/Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Understand e2e C2C ecosystem to be able to define requirements, features, user stories and use cases to determine platform functionality and processes for to be capabilities, using agile methods and tools
  • Work closely with colleagues within the programme team and across the wider business to design, implement and support reliable and effective business and technical solutions for our C2C platform with particular focus on Salesforce Sales and Service Cloudand Marketo capabilities
  • Responsible for ensuring all business requirements are captured efficiently and accurately, and support driving standardisation and out-of-the-box acceptance wherever possible to remove the need for customisation of Salesforce/Marketo applications
  • Create and maintain process and design documentation and provide support to training development and change management
  • Ensure delivery to agreed objectives, requirements, schedules, costs and quality objectives, ensuring compliance and alignment with Group and Engineering standards and processes
  • Maintain deep working knowledge of the business / platforms / products.
Skills, Capabilities and Attributes The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviours:
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of client lifecycle management from marketing to new business development, opportunity lifecycle, relationship development to renewals management, ideally in a financial services BPO environment
  • Advanced experience of business analysis in Salesforce environment essential, with additional Marketo experience preferred
  • Experience of delivering business analysis within an agile project management environment
  • Experience of design and documentation of business processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to persuade, influence, challenge supportively and effectively where appropriate.
  • Demonstrable experience in producing and delivering quality presentations to both internal and external customers.
