Great contract role available for a Salesforce Admin with verifiable experience.Hybrid working - office in central London.Must have existing right-to-work in UK pleaseOur client, a well-known tech brand is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to build and maintain their Salesforce-based ecosystem.We are looking for a self-starter, someone with a pioneering spirit, willing to "get hands dirty" in an innovative environment while being able to optimize delivery against both short- and long-term goals. In this role, youll have the opportunity to partnerwith the business team and reinvent their user experience. In addition to Salesforce, youll also be responsible for other low-code/no-code solution to support thier rapidly expanding worldwide Commercial teams. This role is also responsible for continuousproduct improvement, and ongoing support.Key job responsibilities* Manage the Salesforce.com CRM instance including support requests and escalated administrative needs of users* Hands on configuration of new and existing Salesforce.com features including user management, roles/profiles, permission sets, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflow rules, email templates, Process Builder,Flows, Lightning Pages, and Custom Settings.* Manage end-to-end feature release process from requirement definition, validation to technical implementation.* Develop end-user training documentation and provide user training for new releases.Basic qualifications* Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent experience with Salesforce configuration and change management* In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce.com CRM application coupled with good understanding of standard business processes* Ability to design, configure, test, debug, and maintain Salesforce.com features* Experience using Salesforce data tools (such as Data Loader)* Bachelors degree or equivalent qualificationPreferred qualifications* Certified Salesforce.com Advanced Admin certification or other marketing automation tools* Previous experience configuring Pardot, Marketing Cloud, and/or other marketing automation tools* Experience with Salesforce back-end data integration, middleware solutions* Experience in communicating with users and other stakeholders to collect requirements, describe software product features, and align on technical designs
