You will also be called upon to provide support and insight into the systems that integrate into Salesforceincluding DealHub, Financial Force and our new CustomerSuccess platform.   • Automatingprocesses using Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules, Email alerts.
  • DrivingCRM tools integration into Salesforce.com
  • PerformingSalesforce configuration and customisation to support GTM strategies
  • Developingend-user training documentation and provide user training for new releases and new joiners
  • Buildingreporting dashboards to measure sales activity & performance
  • Promotinguser adoption of Salesforce.
  • Owning processes promoting data integrity, data governance, data hygiene and compliance
  • Document business process and system requirements
Required Skills and Experience
  • 2-4 years experience as a Salesforce professional
  • Demonstrated experience in Salesforce Development including Custom Objects, Apex, Triggers, Web Services, Visualforce, Process Builder, dynamic layouts, apps, and/or Migration Tools
  • Experience with Zoominfo, Deal Hub, Marketo, High Velocity Sales, FinancialForce, Gainsight, is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration options, data model/architecture, and security model
  • Manage all aspect of user and licence mgmt. including new user set up/ deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions,
  • Ability to deal with complex data models and large data sets.
  • A proactive attitude to platform enhancements using declarative solutions
  • Design and delivery of scalable, best practice solutions.
  • A strong team player that not only excels in a collaborative environment but is also able to develop effective work relationships across the global commercial function (marketing, sales, client success, finance & data)
  • Highly organised and efficient self-starter, able to multitask and prioritise own workload
  • Ability to build reports in web-based BI e.g. Tableau
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills, a must
  • Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
RequiredJob Qualifications
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator(ADM 201 Certification)
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
