One if these is a new Sales Manager who will help grow and develop the sales team, offering the job holder the chance of senior managementpositions in the future.The Role of Sales Team Leader / Manager:As the Sales Team Leader / Manager, your initial role will be to be to help achieve growth by hitting sales targets. You will also be taking the lead of a small team, being responsible for helping to drive their sales.Once settled you will also take charge of growing and managing the sales team, developing the sales strategy and achieving growth by hitting sales targets.This role is ideal for someone with 2 years+ sales experience who is looking to move into Team Leading/Management that offers the chance also to work at a strategic level with senior members of the company.Responsibilities of the Sales Team Leader / Manager: Achieve growth in the client base by hitting sales targetsContribute to the generation of qualified leads through effective prospecting and use of social media, outbound campaigns and attending eventsOwn an individual meeting number and individual target for converting these meetings into qualified opportunities, role modelling best practice preparation, performance and follow-up from sales meetings (online and in person)Own the team target for the sales team and report to the business on progressManage, lead and coach the lead generation team on topics such as prospecting, campaigns, phone skills and messagingOwn recruiting, objective setting and performance of the sales teamContribute to our sales processes and always be looking at continuous improvement of this process to ensure client centricityWork closely with the marketing team to input into campaigns.Support CEO in setting sales plans and quarterly targets for the sales team.Build and own strong long term relationships with clients by partnering with them and understanding their needsEnsure all insight and communication is recorded in SalesforceIdentify new markets and market shifts and be fully aware of competitive landscapeCandidate requirements for the Sales Team Leader / Manager: B2B sales experience, ideally 2 years+A strong oral and written communicator, confident at presenting and selling the company and its various servicesProven track record of successfully meeting lead generation and sales targetsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsThe confidence and emotional intelligence to manage people effectively, coaching others to do their best workExceptional organisational skills and attention to detailStrong sense of urgency to achieve defined objectivesFamiliarity with the UK legal industry desirableBenefits:Competitive salaryPrivate healthcare25 days annual leave, plus Bank HolidaysHybrid working, with vibrant office based just off Bermondsey Street in LondonCycle to work schemeEnhanced parental leave payGenerous nursery benefit (subject to schemes eligibility criteria)£200 annual development budget for personal/professional development£200 allowance towards home office equipmentEmployee Assistance Programme
