Sales Support Specialist (Private Healthcare)Home BasedThe OrganisationPart of a leading group, our client is a fast growing, specialist company operating within the niche scientific area of qPCR based MDx, work related to DNA sequencing.Award-winning, innovative and highly successful, our client delivers exceptional products to combat formidable challenges. They don’t expect you to understand all the vital aspects of what they do right now, but they will expect you to be willing to learn about qPCR based MDx solutions and develop your knowledge over time.What’s more, as well as developing your understanding of the industry, you’ll have the chance to grow professional and potentially directly lead on many of the day-to-day opportunities/projects our client is pursuing globally.The RoleAs a Sales Support Specialist, you will be tasked with providing key support to the Business Development Team as they generate new leads in both B2G and B2B markets.You will also support the creation of targeted marketing campaigns and promotional materials as well as maintaining and updating data in the CRM system.In this engaging and insightful role, you will:- Provide direct support to the Sales Director - Private Healthcare- Collate required technical, sales and marketing material- Help to produce tender responses- Identify potential new opportunities to grow B2G/B2B market share- Respond efficiently and accurately to inbound inquiries- Proactively make outbound calls in support of sales campaigns- Take a flexible approach to working times and be willing to work outside of core hours to meet the needs of the global customer baseAbout YouTo be considered as a Sales Support Specialist, you will need:- Experience in a sales and/or marketing function- At a minimum, a BSc/BA in a scientific or business-related subject- Good experience in using IT packages and CRM tools- A team player with a track record in long term multi-discipline projects- Excellent written and spoked English- Exemplary time management and organisational skills- The ability to work a high number of projects simultaneously- The ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders of all levels- The motivation to meet deadlines and resultsProject management experience would be beneficial to your application.
