Sales Support Specialist

The role:

Production of RFPs, RFIs and DDQs across various asset classes. Proposals will be of an excellent quality and produced efficiently within allocated timeframes. Particular focus will be placed upon ESG content.
Working alongside Product Specialist, Client Managers and wider Sales teams to generate proposals.
Overseeing proposal completion processes all the way from identification to delivery and followed by implementing best practice submissions.
Effective utilisation of an RFP database and identification of new content to be amended.

Requirements:

IMC, CAIA or CFA is desirable.
Qvidian or Loopio database experience would be advantageous.
ESG knowledge within an Asset Management context.
Able to communicate confidently with senior Investment Specialists. They will be a team player, have strong interpersonal skills and possess the ability to establish strong professional relationships with stakeholders.
Candidates will be required to work in a coherent and methodical manner and communicate with clarity and precision.
