Job Description

The ideal candidate will enjoy working across all asset classes, both on the primary and secondary markets, selling and marketing fund and asset offerings to EMEA investors.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Market fund and direct asset offerings to EMEA investors
  • Arrange and attend roadshows with fund managers (must be able to travel)
  • Build strong relationships with the institutional investment community
  • Develop specialist knowledge of asset classes and strategies
  • Build relationships with fund managers
  • Pro-actively source new business opportunities
Requirements:
  • Must have 5 or more years of demonstrable track record raising capital from institutional investors (within M&A, PE, PD or Fund Placement Group)
  • Analytical & Technically proficient with a strong understanding of private market products
  • To be successful you must demonstrate a structured and consistent sales approach, lots of enthusiasm, dynamism and perseverance
  • Have the ability to work independently whilst being a strong team player
  • A first class, professional, attention to detail approach with an interest in process improvements.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent formal and informal communication skills, innovative problem-solving skills, and strong facilitation skills. Must be a forward-thinker and be able to anticipate downstream effects.
  • European language skills an advantage (German or Nordic Languages)
  • Must have a valid UK work permit
