Job Description

Sales Operations ManagerLocation: 1 to 2 days in the London office + working from homeSalary: £80,000 - £90,000 + 5% bonus and attractive benefitsPermanentThe OpportunityMy client is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services. With their deep industry knowledge, they are trusted by their clients to tackle their business requirements and boast global revenues of over £13billion.The RoleThe Sales Operations Manager is considered a senior business critical role where you’ll be responsible for setting up and managing a remote Sales Operations team in India. Working across different Business Units and closely with the Sales teams, you’ll be required to anaylse, design and implement processes that will drive sales performances, accelerate deals and improve the overall health of the pipeline.Key Duties Include

  • Managing a remote team - including people management, setting objectives and monitoring delivery
  • Analysing win / loss ratios and using the data to create winning strategies
  • Assist with sales proposals
  • Utilising data to set sales objectives
  • Identify where improvements can be made and implementing relevant reporting solutions that help identify risk, productivity and sales performance
  • Drive global standardization of program delivery practices, businesses processes, and reporting
  • Key Experiences Required
  • Proven experience of working in a Sales Operations role within a global Managed Services Provider
  • Proven experience of managing remote global teams
  • Proven experience of skilfully developing and executing analytical forecasting and reporting in areas of sales operations, analytics, sales incentives
  • Strong analytical background with an ability to evaluate and scrutinize data
  • Confident at presenting to senior stakeholders including: CEO, CXOs / Business Unit heads, Sales Heads & leadership, Finance, Strategy
  • Must have business management experience of using Salesforce
