Job Description

Dove & Hawk are working alongside a multi-branch independent who are on the hunt for a Sales Negotiator to join their well-established Hackney office. Duties/Function of the role:

  • Welcoming and Registering applicants.
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings.
  • Liaising with vendors to provide viewing feedback as well as market updates.
  • Qualifying, and negotiating offers to ensure to best outcome for all parties involved.
  • Working alongside the director & lettings team in order to grow the department.
Requirements of the role:
  • At least 6 months experience in Property Sales.
  • Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative.
  • Full UK Drivers Licence
Salary Budgets: £17,500-£20,000 basic, £45,000-£50,000 OTE - Company Car ProvidedHours: Mon-Thurs- 8.50am-6.30pm Friday - 8.50am-6pm, Every Other Saturday - 10am-4pm.
