Job Description

Our client is the UKs first technology-led sales management service.They are digitising the entire property sales journey and leverages the local estate agency network to sell properties more often,faster and for more money across the UK.They are initiallyfocused on the professional selling segments of landlords,probate solicitors and charities as they have the highest volume of repeat business.They are a high growth business with instructions in 2022 up +300% year on year.Now is a great opportunity to be an early team member in this high performing prop-tech business as growth starts to accelerate.If you have a proven track record within sales or lettings within the property industry with ideally 12 months+ experience and thedesire and enthusiasm to understand our clients property solution this is a wonderful opportunity.You can potentially work from home 3 days a week with 2 days in the office completely the days of your choice ! Monthly catch up meetings will be via zoom orin the office.The role will focus primarily on managing residential property sales the sales team have been instructed on across the UK from instruction to under offer,then passed to the sales progression team.You will be able to market the properties directly to our clientsknown investor base.Valuation and property visits are outsourced to local agents or other service providers. This is an office based role and no viewings will be involved so you do not need a driving licence or own a car.Package and benefits of this Sales Negotiator role include:

  • Basic £30,000 - £40,000
  • OTE £50,000
  • Discretionary quarterly bonus(based on team performance)
  • Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm working 1 in 5 Saturdays on call from home
  • 3 days a week can be from home with 2 days a week in the office(completely flexible)
  • Monthly catch up meetings via zoom or in the office
  • Quarterly team building:trip to the races,dinners,drinks etc
  • No driving licence required as an office based role
The required skill-set and experience needed for the role of Sales Negotiator will include:
  • 12 months+ experience in the property industry either Sales or Lettings
  • Extremely well organised,good record keeper who manage multiple transactions simultaneously
  • Strategic thinker who can work independently
  • Enthusiastic with a desire to learn and understand our clients property solution
  • Excellent standard of written communication
  • Client focused and target driven
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build close-knit relationships with internal colleagues and clients
  • Must be flexible and adaptable
  • Experience within the landlord sector an advantage
The role of the Sales Negotiator will entail:
  • Marketing properties to our clients investor base
  • Managing and advising clients on a multi-agent sales process
  • Advising clients on agent selection and sub-contracting agents
  • Make necessary arrangements with agents to get the property listed
  • Monitoring client listings and advising on offers received
  • Updating vendors on their sale and ensuring they are given the best possible advice in order to get them sold
  • Mentoring junior members of the team in relation to client advice
