Our client is the UKs first technology-led sales management service.They are digitising the entire property sales journey and leverages the local estate agency network to sell properties more often,faster and for more money across the UK.They are initiallyfocused on the professional selling segments of landlords,probate solicitors and charities as they have the highest volume of repeat business.They are a high growth business with instructions in 2022 up +300% year on year.Now is a great opportunity to be an early team member in this high performing prop-tech business as growth starts to accelerate.If you have a proven track record within sales or lettings within the property industry with ideally 12 months+ experience and thedesire and enthusiasm to understand our clients property solution this is a wonderful opportunity.You can potentially work from home 3 days a week with 2 days in the office completely the days of your choice ! Monthly catch up meetings will be via zoom orin the office.The role will focus primarily on managing residential property sales the sales team have been instructed on across the UK from instruction to under offer,then passed to the sales progression team.You will be able to market the properties directly to our clientsknown investor base.Valuation and property visits are outsourced to local agents or other service providers.
