Job Description

A marketing role for a leading derivative trading firm.Supporting growth by conducting market research, building relationships with collaborators, organizing events and merchandise, and maintaining sales materials.Client DetailsMy client is a leading global Financial Services platform.DescriptionKey responsibilities of this Sales & Marketing Coordinator position:Business Development

  • Collect relevant data on the industry and the market, collaborate with other teams to utilise the data to increase sales.
  • Create and maintain client databases and mailing lists.
  • Understand the operational status of the business and develop new ideas to make the work faster and more efficient.
Sales materials
  • Effectively communicate and develop/support strong working relationships with a variety of key collaborators, including business partners, sales, legal, compliance, technology.
  • Ensure sales materials are updated, coordinate translations (FR, PT, IT, DE) effectively and distribute/make available to sales.
  • Working closely with global sales teams (85 people), assist with preparation of mutually beneficial proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients.
  • Implement brand guidelines effectively and act as brand guardian.
  • Take ownership of library of assets.
Events & Merchandise
  • Take ownership of event calendar (conferences, sponsored events, webinars), identify sales needs and provide tools & materials accordingly, conduct SWOT analysis post-event.
  • Source, compare, order and distribute bi-annual global client gifts.
  • Coordinate monthly townhalls for the business.
  • Provide effective administrative support (agreements, invoices).
ProfileKey requirements of this Sales & Marketing Coordinator position:
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a strong commercial awareness and market knowledge.
  • High level of English written & spoken (additional language an advantage: French, Italian, German, Portuguese)
  • Data collection and tracking with CRM system
  • Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
