Our client, a leading specialist in the preparation and supply of top-quality fresh and pre-prepared vegetables to bespoke customer orders within the restaurant trade, is seeking a results-drivenSenior Sales Manager/Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in the London area. They are an official SALSA approved supplier (safe and local approved supplier). * Opportunity to make a mark, with business goals to recruit, develop and manage a NEW sales team. (Previous managerial responsibility is required for the role.)Responsibilities:* Strategic Business Development: Identify and nurture new B2B opportunities, within the hospitality sector, showcasing commercial acumen.* Sales Leadership: Develop and implement plans to expand the customer base, exceeding sales targets and fostering key partnerships.* Innovative Initiatives: Spearhead new sales programs to capture key demographics, contributing to continuous success.* Effective Communication: Provide daily reports and VOC data (Voice of the customer), collaborating with the leadership team.
