Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing Swedish venture capital backed marketing investment company. It urgently seeks three Sales Closers seeking a high income opportunity for its new London office. The office, in the city of London EC1 is plush andwill be the base for the UK and international operations. The company has grown in sales month by month, and all sectors of the UK market will be open to the new high income sales team. With current offices in Stockholm and Oslo employing 45 people we arelooking for larger growth this year in the UK market. The London office will also lead the company selling into other parts of Europe, and Asia. Career development will be accelerated for the very ambitious and money hungry In the first 3 months there willbe a review of basics, commissions and possible promotion. If you are serious about a six figure income this is for you. With a target of 80 London staff this year there are many promotional opportunities. The company is highly profitable AND is investor backedso there is no limitations to company and career growth. All the senior positions have not been established yet. The current Stockholm Sales Manager is only 20 years old and has some very high earns in his team.This is a young dynamic marketing investment company founded and led by an energetic CEO who has had a meteoric career so far, and only just turned 30. The Sales Manager in Sweden has only just turned 20. This will be an office-based positionprimarily high performance selling on the telephone in what will be a fast-moving energetic and energy filled atmosphere. We are moving fast, making money and promotions will happen quickly. You will be paid £2,000 per month retainer plus full commission duringthis period. From month 3 you should be earning over £50-75K pa rate and topped £100K by the end of the second quarter. At the time of writing in the Swedish sales team, the below average are earning £3,500 to 4,500 per month, average £5-7,000 and the aboveaverage from £8,000 per month. We are also recruiting for a team focused on SMEs and one focused on larger Enterprise businesses. The UK market is far bigger and has much more potential for the money hungry. He or she that is made Team Leader will also enjoyan override on the team with a budget to recruit. You will be paid a front-loaded commission, plus referrals, upsells and contract renewals. On top of that are other incentives.Knowledge and/or experience in selling marketing investment or an investment product will be an advantage but not essential, as full training will be given. This is an investment product you will be selling. Customers invest their moneyand expect excellent substantial returns in the short term. Those with experience of selling an investment product with a return will find this market similar and very lucrative. Such as stockbroking, property, or alternative investment as a broker.You will be used to a dynamic sales environment such a broker in the city and confident that you can bring in lucrative new business. Exceptional sales skills, leadership qualities, consistency, energy, and a positive attitude is a must. Ourclient has maintained substantial growth every month since it launched just over 2 years ago. Long lists of clients have had and still receiving a regular return on their investment. The company will help in lead generation. The position will have many benefits:

  • Very high OTE
  • Regular reviews, first one after 3 months.
  • Generous commission.
  • There are two overseas trips a year, the next one being to Ibiza.
  • There will also be a one-week training in Sweden all expenses paid for by the company. You therefore should be able and interested to travel abroad.

  • A laptop and mobile phone.
  • You will be paid 100% of the first month of all contracts as commission. At Additionally, this applies to rebooking and upsells.
