Job Description

Are you interested in a business development role where you will have a high degree of autonomy, responsibility and opportunity for significantpersonal growth over a short period of timeSuperb opportunity to join a Fintech company, near the beginning of its journey, that has released an intelligent property investing software platform that provides interactive modelling for real-time analysis utilising Machine Learning. The company wasfounded nearly three years by a leading senior figure in the Real Estate Investment sector and is an innovator in the sector with a current team of five people. Ther team is expected to double in the next 18-24 months and joining early you’ll have a significantimpact on the platform and company as a whole. There are major progression and development opportunities available as the team and service offering grow beyond this period. Equity ownership is available for the right candidate and allow for direct participationin the success of the company.**Base salary £35K to £40K plus commission plus equity share scheme. We are looking for candidates with 2 years commercial experience as a starting point.**In this role you will gain exposure to and be able to build up in depth and valuable knowledge of Financial markets and exposure some of the leading players in the institutional investment sphere which includes Fund managers / analysts, investment bankers,private equity, hedge funds and senior REIT executives.What you’ll be doing:

  • Helping build the sales process and team.
  • Prospect and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in the finance industry
  • Demonstrate our cutting-edge fintech SaaS solutions to potential clients
  • Navigate complex sales cycles and overcome objections with finesse
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success
  • Meet and exceed ambitious sales targets to drive company growth
Your profile:
  • Proven track record in software sales, preferably within the fintech and SaaS space
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and pursue lucrative opportunities
  • Tenacity and resilience in the face of challenges
  • An understanding of financial markets (highly desirable but not essential)
  • A passion for staying ahead of industry trends and a continuous learning mindset
